The Story
Watchers of the Thames brings together Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and the Tattershall Castle along the river at evening. The scene layers some of London’s most recognizable architecture with the softer reflections and movement of the Thames below.
I was drawn to the way the landmarks seem to stand watch over the river, giving the photograph a sense of permanence while the water and city lights continue to change around them.
